Work with Instrument Support Engineers to resolve instrument failures.
Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues to minimize downtime.
Install new lab equipment (e.g., liquid handlers, sequencers, plate sealers).
Coordinate instrument installations and IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications.
Maintain PM, routine maintenance and calibration programs.
Provide Level 1 service and coordinate with Level II and vendors for escalations.

🎯 Requirements

BS/BA in biological sciences or biomedical engineering, or related experience
1 year of industry-related experience
Experience supporting lab equipment or similar
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Ability to analyze and solve problems
