- Manage multiple projects with timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations
- Improve video workflows and production processes
🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of professional video production experience
- Portfolio or demo reel showing ownership from concept to delivery
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere and After Effects
- Experience with industry cameras (Sony, Canon, etc.)
- Strong lighting and audio recording techniques
- Transport, setup, and operation of video production gear
- Experience managing multiple projects independently in a team
- Willing to travel up to 25% as needed
