📋 Description

• Shapes workforce delivering care in homes of vulnerable seniors
• Lead operations with human-centered strategy and growth
• Manage direct reports focused on Home Services HR work
• Partner with leaders on people and org opportunities and transformations
• Represent WelbeHealth at external HR venues (SHRM, ASHHRA)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field; master's or JD preferred
• SHRM certification preferred
• Ten+ years of HR, operations, strategy experience
• Experience scaling a service/function in rapid growth
• 5+ years of supervision including hiring and development
• Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics in programs
