Provide inbound technical support to partners and internal teams via discovery, demos.
Assist with product demos and Solution Demo Center sessions with senior SEs.
Configure and maintain demo/lab environments and assets.
Participate in partner enablement, onboarding, trainings, and workshops.
Collaborate with global Solution Center to deliver cross-region support.

🎯 Requirements

0–2 years in technical roles (internships, support, junior SE, networking, or security)
Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, VPN
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Willingness to travel occasionally, ~10%
Proficiency in English; Portuguese skills a plus.
