• Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional implementations and projects.
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate departmental performance.
• Interpret and apply evolving regulations across UM operations.
• Coordinate UM regulatory requests: market conduct exams, filings, renewals, MHPAEA.
• Coordinate NCQA deliverables for UM standards.
• Mentor teammates and support professional development.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years in healthcare Utilization Management operations.
• 2+ years supporting regulatory compliance activities including MHPAEA, exams, NCQA.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management or process improvement.
• 2+ years regulatory implementation and compliance.
• 2+ years designing and improving workflows and procedures.
