You'll work with large customers, solving architecture, performance, recovery, and security questions.
You'll be an expert on MongoDB best practices at scale.
You'll advocate for customer needs by liaising with product and dev teams.
You'll contribute to internal tools for performance benchmarking and diagnostics.
3 months: deep MongoDB understanding and New Hire Training.
6 months: frontline with customers and MongoDB Certified DBA Associate.

🎯 Requirements

Self-taught, insatiately curious, and multitaceted.
Strong experience in multiple areas: systems, distributed systems, networks.
Experience with authentication systems: OIDC, SAML, LDAP, Kerberos, AD.
Experience with virtualization: Docker, Kubernetes.
Ops background in large-scale prod: hardware, Linux/Windows, networks, cloud.
Bonus: performance tuning, benchmarking; experience with MongoDB and Git.
