📋 Description

  • Supports policies/procedures for inforce and claims processing in life insurance.
  • Ensures timely, accurate processing of Post Issue transactions.
  • Drives improvements in Customer Experience via Quality/Audit controls.
  • Analyzes problems and develops systematic and procedural solutions.
  • Collaborates with GA and TPA partners on daily operations and escalations.
  • Reviews and approves large dollar disbursements.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 5-7 years in financial services or TPA vendor management; life insurance SME preferred.
  • 2-3 years of leadership experience in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of operations and process improvement; translate plans into actions.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Proficient with MS Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
