🎯 Requirements

3+ years in operations or health insurance
2+ years using data tools (Excel/Sheets, SQL)
2+ years end-to-end project management in cross-functional env
2+ years administering ops/quality/analytics platforms; UAT
Experience managing and presenting to stakeholders
2+ years Lean, Six Sigma or Theory of Constraints
