🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance.
  • 2+ years using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
  • 2+ years end-to-end project management in cross-functional settings.
  • 2+ years administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms, incl. requirements gathering, workflow documentation, vendor evaluation support, and leading UAT.
  • Experience managing, presenting, and owning stakeholder relationships.
  • 2+ years with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of constraints.
