- 2+ years administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms, incl. requirements gathering, workflow documentation, vendor evaluation support, and leading UAT.
- Experience managing, presenting, and owning stakeholder relationships.
- 2+ years with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of constraints.
