📋 Description

• Cross-functional collaboration with business and tech stakeholders to solve internal process problems.
• Lead design, optimization, and implementation of processes, improvements, and platforms for operations.
• Gather and document business requirements; build and manage project plans.
• Document key decisions, manage governance, and apply frameworks.
• Analyze data and develop risk mitigation strategies; communicate findings.
• Mentor team members and support strategic projects; ensure compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in operations and/or health insurance.
• 2+ years using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or other data analytics tools.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management in cross-functional settings.
• 2+ years administering operational, quality, or analytics platforms, incl. requirements gathering, workflow documentation, vendor evaluation support, and leading UAT.
• Experience managing, presenting, and owning stakeholder relationships.
• 2+ years with Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of constraints.
