📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional program plans and stakeholder engagement.
• Analyze data to drive decisions and mitigate risks.
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards and reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in operations and/or health insurance.
• 2+ years using Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, or analytics tools.
• 2+ years end-to-end project management in cross-functional settings.
• 2+ years administering operations/analytics platforms, incl. UAT.
• Experience managing, presenting, and owning stakeholder relations.
• 2+ years Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
