Analyze financial impact of changes in reinsurance coverage and retention
Oversight of work by the reinsurance TPA and internal modeling team
Organize/present program performance to internal committees and senior management
Strong people skills, including external relationship management
Provide product and system expertise on reinsurance for all company areas and the TPA
Respond to escalated issues on reinsurance pricing, implementation, or queries

🎯 Requirements

Reinsurance and/or actuarial background required; 3-5 years in financial services
Experience with life and annuity product features is preferred
Go-getter mentality; take initiative and act independently
Strong verbal/written communication to present technical info to non-technical audiences
