Associate - Test Planning Analyst - Pune

📋 Description

• Support detailed testing planning and coordination for T+1 delivery.
• Build artefacts: test plans, scenario inventories, trackers, and status reports.
• Coordinate with SMEs, BAs, and test leads to confirm scope and readiness.
• Create and execute test cases and data; log defects and retest.
• Maintain traceability between requirements, processes, scenarios, and defects.
• Hands-on testing across functional, regression, UAT, and operational cycles.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in testing and test coordination.
• Strong attention to detail with structured trackers, plans, and reports.
• Understanding of test lifecycle: scope, scenario management, defects, and readiness criteria.
• Hands-on delivery in operational readiness and/or testing execution.
• Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders and managing multiple workstreams.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
