• Organize material, write, edit, and publish product docs for security tech audiences.
• Collaborate with the Documentation Manager to peer review, restructure, optimize, and expand docs.
• Mentor junior writers in documentation activities.
• Interpret product specs and incorporate into product documentation.
• Work with Product Management, R&D, and QA to gather documentation requirements.
• Create graphics and illustrations such as process and data flows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience writing technical software docs.
• Strong attention to detail; ability to work independently.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with Markdown; experience with HTML/web help.
• Proficient in MS Office; graphics with PowerPoint/Visio/SnagIT.
