π― Requirements
- Associate degree or pursuing a BS in CS/BIS/Networking, or equivalent.
- 2+ years in technical support for ISPs, networks, or business software.
- 2+ years in at least one tech area: contact center software, networking, or integrations.
- Knowledge of ACD/IVR, VoIP, PSTN, SIP, WebRTC, and PBX.
- Experience with relational DBs (MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, MariaDB) and REST API/SOAP APIs.
- Salesforce CRM experience; strong written and verbal communication.
