Provide technical support for the MongoDB ecosystem to solve customer problems.
Advise customers and resolve issues across database server, drivers, Atlas, and Cloud Manager.
Join a hybrid Toronto team: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office; 8am-5pm; ramp 3–6 months.
After ramp, permanent schedule with weekend coverage; weekends online.

🎯 Requirements

AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform experience
Linux command line and monitoring tools
Experience using APIs to gather information and initiate actions
Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues across a customer's cloud environment
Understanding of database architecture and administration
Experience in performance tuning and benchmarking
