- Coordinate with costing, DFM, or sales to hand over orders from pre-sales.
- Kick off orders/programs with the customer program manager and schedule with manufacturers.
- Manage orders/programs from kickoff to delivery.
- Track progress with manufacturing partners to keep on time and quality.
- Understand customer technical/quality requirements; troubleshoot during production.
- Bridge global and multifunctional teams across sites with clear communication.
🎯 Requirements
- College degree in Mechanical Eng, metal processing, or tooling design/manufacture.
- 0-5 years in mechanical design, CNC machining, plastics tooling, or OEM/CM.
- Understanding of CNC, sheet metal, and tooling manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of 2D/3D drawings and GD&T symbols.
- Strong communication, fluent English, and multicultural experience.
- PMP certification or supplier chain experience a plus.
