📋 Description

• Manage customer deliveries with attention to detail.
• Align with AppDirect's mission, goals, and objectives.
• Deliver standard and customized solutions for customers.
• Define QA criteria, create test plans, execute validation, and support UAT.
• Validate migration files and guide customers through migrations.
• Create clear documentation for all activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in technical consulting or similar role.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple moving parts.
• Experience solving complex tech challenges independently and in teams.
• Hands-on QA: test plans, validation, UAT.
• Knowledge of API integrations and marketplace configurations.
• Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
