  • Manage VIP customer portfolio; monitor health and performance of Varicent solutions.
  • Coach users on Varicent functionality, configuration concepts, and best practices.
  • Configure Varicent solutions per customer requirements; support adoption and optimization.
  • Prepare monthly performance, utilization, and value metrics; share findings.
  • Collaborate with TAMs and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize solutions.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • At least 5 years in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
  • Strong SQL data manipulation and relational database knowledge.
  • Hands-on Varicent experience (admin/implementation/support) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Sales Performance Management domain.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher required.
