- At least 5 years in IT consulting or enterprise software implementation.
- Strong SQL data manipulation and relational database knowledge.
- Hands-on Varicent experience (admin/implementation/support) preferred.
- Knowledge of Sales Performance Management domain.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
