  • Serve as trusted Identity Coach guiding customers with timely technical guidance and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years of IT experience; bachelor’s degree or advanced degree, or equivalent.
  • Native-level Japanese with excellent communication and reading skills.
  • Ability to communicate in English via email, Slack, or one-on-one.
  • Familiarity with core CIAM areas: OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0; APIs.
  • Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud services; SDLC knowledge; interest in programming languages.
  • Customer-first mindset; ability to manage multiple projects; strong presentation and facilitation.
