π― Requirements
- 3+ years of IT experience; bachelorβs degree or advanced degree, or equivalent.
- Native-level Japanese with excellent communication and reading skills.
- Ability to communicate in English via email, Slack, or one-on-one.
- Familiarity with core CIAM areas: OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SAML 2.0; APIs.
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS/cloud services; SDLC knowledge; interest in programming languages.
- Customer-first mindset; ability to manage multiple projects; strong presentation and facilitation.
