🎯 Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of focused full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication.
  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated discretion with confidential information.
