🎯 Requirements

  • Experience supporting technical products, SaaS or mobile apps
  • Proficiency with case management tools (Salesforce, Zendesk)
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, APIs, and/or SQL
  • Experience with Postman, Snowflake, and/or Kibana is a plus
  • Domain knowledge of SaaS, Mobile Tech, APIs, Marketing Automation, or basic programming
  • Strong written and verbal English communication
