📋 Description

  • Own customer inquiries end-to-end and provide timely, technical resolutions.
  • Become a trusted product expert—master dashboards, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Drive product adoption by helping customers use the platform effectively.
  • Collaborate with CS, AMs, Product, and Eng to deliver seamless experiences.
  • Proactively identify ways to boost satisfaction and adoption.
  • Contribute to process improvements and share knowledge to elevate teammates and customers.

🎯 Requirements

  • Experience supporting technical products in SaaS or mobile apps.
  • Proficiency with case management tools Salesforce and Zendesk for efficient inquiries.
  • Hands-on HTML, CSS, APIs, and or SQL experience.
  • Experience with Postman, Snowflake, or Kibana is a plus.
  • Knowledge of two or more domains: SaaS, mobile tech, APIs, marketing automation, and analytics.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication.
