- Own and support the full procure-to-pay lifecycle from request to closeout
- Coordinate across Engineering, Construction, suppliers, Finance/AP, and Legal
- Validate scope, pricing, specs, delivery terms, taxes, and approvals before PO
- Issue and track POs in ERP with controls and approvals
- Monitor payment milestones and align PO terms with delivery/invoice
- Maintain clean and auditable purchasing records
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related field (or equivalent)
- 2-3 years in supply chain ops, P2P, or project-based environments
- Experience managing purchase orders, expediting suppliers, and deliveries
- Ability to manage multiple high-value orders simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving infra/industrial environment
- ERP experience with SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or Odoo preferred
