Associate Strategic Partnerships

📋 Description

• Research, scope, and qualify new partnership opportunities to build a healthy pipeline.
• Conduct prospect research across channels to identify high-potential partners.
• Draft outreach emails, proposals, decks, one-pagers, and briefing documents.
• Support fundraising proposals and grant materials with Relationship Managers.
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound partnership leads, assessing fit.
• Lead or support speaker and conference submissions to raise awareness.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in BD, partnerships, fundraising, sales, or client services.
• Experience supporting BD or fundraising cycles: research, outreach, pipelines.
• Strong ownership; proactive problem solving in evolving environments.
• Proficient with prospecting tools: LinkedIn, conferences, industry news, wealth screening.
• Strong attention to detail; ensures accuracy in data, materials, and communications.
• Able to synthesize inputs into clear briefs, summaries, proposals, or materials.
• Builds relationships; collaborates across teams; clear communication.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
