π― Requirements
- 1β2 years of client-facing role in benefits consulting, brokerage, or advisory.
- Proven experience engaging external stakeholders via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Comfortable outbound prospecting with calls and personalized outreach.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines and data.
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io to build sequences.
- Strong written and verbal communication; articulate value to external partners.
