  • Identify and engage consultants via outbound campaigns and inbound inquiries.
  • Conduct outreach via Email, Phone, and LinkedIn to drive engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in CRM.

  • Manage inbound inquiries from alliance campaigns and qualify leads.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Alliances to align campaigns and messaging.

🎯 Requirements

  • 1–2 years of client-facing role in benefits consulting, brokerage, or advisory.
  • Proven experience engaging external stakeholders via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Comfortable outbound prospecting with calls and personalized outreach.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines and data.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach.io to build sequences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication; articulate value to external partners.
