π― Requirements
- 1β2 years of client-facing experience in benefits consulting, brokerage, or advisory.
- Experience engaging external stakeholders via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Outbound prospecting with highly personalized outreach.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) to manage pipelines.
- Familiarity with Outreach.io (or similar) for outbound sequences.
- Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative.
