Associate Start up Lead

📋 Description

• Drive country/regional site start-up activities and activation readiness.
• Execute site start-up strategy, planning and delivery.
• Coordinate core/site document collection, IRB/EC approvals and IMP releases.
• Act as SME for country in-country RSSs, CRAs, PSSs and start-up support.
• Develop country-specific tools and guidance to share knowledge.
• Ensure on-time activation via milestone planning and risk mitigation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
• 3+ years in start-up, ideally SU Lead or PM in CRO/biotech.
• 1 year+ experience in milestone management, budgeting and coordinating resources.
• 1 year+ experience presenting to clients.
• Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional activities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• English fluency and local language of the country.
