🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent.
- 3+ years in startup/site start-up; SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma/biotech.
- 1+ year in project milestone management and coordinating teams.
- 1+ year experience presenting to clients.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and local language of the country.
