🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or RN or equivalent
- 3+ years in start-up, ideally with SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma/biotech
- 1+ year in project milestone management, resources and budgets
- 1+ year experience presenting to clients
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional activities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English and local language of the country
- Experience using milestone tracking tools/systems
