- Proposes GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/PO text.
- Resolves pricing discrepancies with Purchasing.
- Resolves quantity discrepancies with Receiving.
- Pays vendors by monitoring discounts and ensuring credit for discrepancies.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred; or Associate’s with AP experience.
- Manufacturing or telecom background preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Problem-solving mindset and methodical approach.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook).
- Familiarity with SAP, MediusFlow, Concur and ERP systems.
