📋 Description

• Keep engineering, data science, and product teams organized during real-world data projects.
• Lead client calls and respond to questions about Novellia data or analyses.
• Support registry operations with recruitment agencies and registry growth.
• Help create standardized processes to improve efficiency across projects.
• Partner with marketing and sales to ensure accurate, impactful collateral.
• Join calls to discuss new project opportunities and client research questions.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in client-facing roles in biopharma consulting or data analytics.
• Deep understanding of biopharma and real-world data's role in life sciences.
• Comfort solving ambiguous problems and crafting independent solutions.
• Superb project management and written/verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working on cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, neuroscience, biomedical engineering, or related field.
• Passion for impacting patients via patient-facing solutions and research.
