📋 Description

• Own the technical sales motion for complex opportunities.
• Design and deliver high-impact, persona-led demos for stakeholders.
• Run technically ambitious POVs, pushing hx Renew capabilities.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor during sales, answering questions.
• Build deep expertise in hx Renew, Python workflows, pricing & AI use cases.
• Provide customer insight to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Python coding experience.
• Experience in solutions engineering or pre-sales in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• Supported complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, owning the technical narrative.
• Built/delivered tailored demos, POCs, or evaluations influencing deals.
• Earned trust with demanding customers via clear communication.
• Collaborated with Sales, Product, and Engineering with strong ownership.
• Bonus: experience in (re)insurance.
