Support quoting, data organization, and technical docs (BOMs, RFQs, specs).
Assist internal cost-modeling and quoting-tool development.
Coordinate supplier communications and quality documents through delivery.
Participate in cross-functional meetings bridging engineering, sales, and operations.
Lead capstone projects to improve process efficiency (automation, dashboards).
Develop and demonstrate DFx fundamentals for manufacturing.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or related field.
CNC, additive manufacturing, wire harness, sheet metal, welding familiarity.
Engineering experience: 3–5 years in engineering/manufacturing; A&D experience preferred.
CAD tools; SolidWorks preferred.
Manufacturing drawings and GD&T proficiency.
Data management (Excel/Sheets/ERP/CRM) and strong communicator.
