Associate Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with Account Executives to support technical discovery, product demos, and POCs
• Demonstrate identity solutions including SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management
• Build and customize demo apps and integrations using JavaScript and Python
• Help customers evaluate and implement identity solutions with APIs and third-party services
• Translate complex identity and security concepts into clear, business-focused messaging
• Support RFPs/RFIs and respond to technical questions during the sales cycle

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of professional experience in a technical, customer-facing, or pre-sales role
• Hands-on development experience with JavaScript and/or Python
• Experience working directly with customers (e.g., technical support, implementation, consulting, or sales engineering)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical topics to diverse audiences
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt in a fast-paced environment
