- Ability to build/adapt technical artefacts (demos, scripts, prototypes).
- Clear communication, curiosity, and follow-through.
- Ownership and collaboration across teams.
- Bonus: Insurance/fintech exposure.
- Bonus: Curiosity about pricing, risk, or decision-making in complex domains.
