🎯 Requirements

2+ years in sales engineering or pre-sales in SaaS/tech.
Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
Strong presentation and communication skills; engage C-Level executives.
Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
Background in value-based selling methodologies.
