- Support vertical sales team in technical pre-sales capacity per industry vertical.
- Meet with clients in pre-sales capacity (technical discovery).
- Provide demos to highlight Jama’s capabilities.
- Guide customers through trials to ensure Jama Connect meets success criteria.
- Take direction from the senior SA and align with AEs and SDRs.
- Work with consultants to transition projects from pre-sales to post-sales delivery.
🎯 Requirements
- 1-2 years pre-sales or solutions engineering in enterprise SaaS.
- 1+ year Agile, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, and other delivery methods.
- 1+ year experience with sales methodology and pipeline management.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to position a product in client conversations.
- Strong product technical acumen and ability to think on your feet.
