📋 Description

• Support preparation, maintenance, and submission of insurance product filing materials (PBTs, SBCs, SOBs)
• Ensure benefit designs, cost sharing, and configurations are accurately reflected across filings
• Document QA activities to ensure filing accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Monitor and enforce system freeze windows during critical periods
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs across Product, Regulatory, Operations, Implementation, and Legal
• Manage version control and distribution of artifacts, aligning with calendars

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years supporting insurance products, filings, and program mgmt
• 2+ years with ACA/individual/small group products and filing programs
• 2+ years with regulatory filing QA and version control
• 1+ year in cross-functional, fast-paced environments
• 1+ year managing calendars, deadlines, production schedules
• 1+ year across multiple teams and competing priorities
• 1+ year with documentation tools, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms
• Travel up to 25%
