🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
  • ~2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical role
  • Experience working with APIs, data analysis, or technical integrations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders, including external partners
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, or data analysis is helpful but not required
