π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years as Social Media Manager; 5+ years in social media/marketing
- Proven track record across TikTok, Instagram, Threads, X, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts
- Experience owning content calendars and publishing workflows end-to-end
- Strong analytical mindset; experience with Sprinklr or Dash Hudson
- Experience building and presenting monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports
- Cross-functional collaboration with Creator, CX, Brand, PR, and Paid teams
- Demonstrated ability to write creative briefs and provide feedback to content creators
