Associate, SOC Assessment

📋 Description

• Conduct audits/assessments including audit plans, evidence review, and client interviews.
• Assess client documentation for compliance with various standards.
• Prepare and review assessment reports.
• Educate and interpret compliance activities for clients.
• Manage priorities to meet delivery utilization targets.
• Ensure on-time delivery per Coalfire quality standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Introductory understanding of audit procedures and IT security (SOC 1/2 or other frameworks).
• Experience independently researching a technical topic and developing testing approaches.
• Strong initiative to manage time and meet deadlines.
• Strong consulting skills; build relationships while challenging the status quo.
• Ability to build high-trust relationships quickly; high attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree; Information Security/IT auditing or related field desired.
