🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum 4 years CRE modeling experience at bank or real estate firm
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Independent and team-oriented; results-driven
