Associate / Senior Associate - Talent Acquisition

📋 Description

• Own the candidate process from the initial interview to offer stage
• Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean, LinkedIn, Greenhouse, and other search methods
• Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine basic qualifications
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years full life cycle recruitment, in-house or agency preferred
• Demonstrated success in dynamic recruitment environments
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets
• Sourcing passive candidates via local boards (e.g., Naukri) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with an ATS; Greenhouse preferred
• Ability to work independently with high accountability
