🎯 Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 3-7 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
- Demonstrated deep experience with cryptocurrency, digital assets, or blockchain-related legal matters
- Working knowledge of U.S. securities laws, including Securities Act and Exchange Act frameworks
- General litigation experience (commercial, corporate, or regulatory) or substantial corporate transactional experience
- Stellar drafting and negotiation skills
