- Confident and resilient when cold calling senior stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication; personalize messaging at scale.
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator; AI prospecting tools.
- Proactive self-starter with interest in SPM and Incentive Compensation.
