📋 Description

• Own discipline deliverables and lead small projects under mentorship.
• Design systems, drawings, specs, calculations, and coordinated outputs.
• Communicate with clients and design partners to stay aligned.
• Maintain organized docs in GitHub, DDL, Asana, and related tools.
• Contribute to pursuits, proposals, and project meetings.
• Develop independence through training and mentorship.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in AEC with Revit, modeling, and construction docs.
• Experience delivering technology system designs (ICT/Security).
• Lead BIM coordination, clash detection, cross-discipline resolution.
• Maintain model health, worksets, and views in Revit.
• Advanced Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, MS 365, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub.
• Industry certs preferred: EIT, CDT, PSP/CPP (Security), PE.
• Ability to manage and produce drawings with minimal oversight.
