📋 Description

• Own discipline deliverables and coordinate with clients.
• Lead small projects and support larger ones under mentorship.
• Design systems, drawings, specifications, and calculations.
• Produce coordinated deliverables with the production team.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and follow-through.
• Maintain organized docs in GitHub, DDL, Asana, and related tools.

🎯 Requirements

• BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in the AEC industry with Revit, modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering ICT/Security system designs and related calculations.
• BIM coordination: clash detection, model review, cross-discipline resolution.
• Maintain model health: workset management, view templates, and cleanup.
• Ability to manage coordinated models/drawings with minimal oversight.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; manage workload and lead coordination.
• Advanced Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
