Own discipline designs, drawings, specs, and calculations with TEECOM standards.
Lead small projects and assist larger ones under mentorship.
Document deliverables and maintain organized files in GitHub and Asana.
Participate in project meetings to maintain cross-discipline alignment.
Build client relationships through clear communication and follow-through.
Contribute to pursuits with discipline inputs and coordination materials.

🎯 Requirements

BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or Architecture, or equivalent.
5+ years in AEC with Revit, coordinated modeling, and docs.
Experience delivering ICT/Physical/Electronic security system designs.
Experience leading BIM coordination: clash detection and reviews.
Advanced Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Asana, GitHub.
Industry certifications preferred: EIT, CDT, PSP/CPP, PE.
