🎯 Requirements
- BS/MS in Chemistry or related discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in cosmetic/personal care product development.
- Experience with viscometers, mixers, pH meters, and OTC lab equipment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to prioritize workload, multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with OTC/Personal Care regulatory requirements and cGMP.
