🎯 Requirements
- BA/BS with 6 years or MS with 3 years in assay development and automation for genomics
- Proven development and validation of automated CLIA protocols
- Strong understanding of nucleic acid extraction, PCR, NGS library prep, and hybrid capture
- Experience implementing high-throughput automated assays using liquid handler robots
- Data analysis (JMP); Python or R a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; cross-functional collaboration
